According to real estate agent Nick Millican, celebrities in the U.K. appreciate all the beauty offered in the Hampstead community. Over the past few years, many celebrities and well-known people have purchased homes and moved into the neighborhood. Another name joins the list after Scottish pop singer Lewis Capaldi purchased a brand new home in the Hampstead area.
Capaldi purchased the home in January. He moved in with his girlfriend, Ellie MacDowell, in March. The couple has been spotted strolling through the neighborhood in the two months since.
Neighbors have described Capaldi and McDowell as super-friendly people, according to Real Estate Investor and asset expert, Nick Millican. Boy George and George Michael each owned the Hampstead home at one time; current celebrities occupying the neighborhood include Harry Styles, Cat Deeley, and Patrick Kielty.

Capaldi paid around £3 million for the home, which features beautiful landscaping and ponds on the property. It is all-new scenery for Capaldi, who grew up most of his life in Whitburn (Greycoat).
